(1) The sealing surface of high pressure reactor should be protected to avoid collision and damage.

(2) When the reactor cover is installed, the reactor body shall be placed first, and then the cover shall be installed. When the bolts are tightened, the force shall be uniform. The cauldron cover must be tightly jointed and not inclined, so as to achieve good sealing effect.

(3) When assembling threaded connections, oil or graphite shall be applied.

(4) If the sealing surface is damaged, it should be repaired in time. If not, it should be replaced.

(5) Before using the high-pressure reactor, the sealing test should be carried out, and the inert gas should be used for sealing. It is strictly forbidden to use flammable and explosive gas, let alone oxygen. If leakage or air leakage is found, it should be treated to avoid affecting the sealing effect.

(6) In the reaction process of the reactor, it can't be cooled and heated quickly, which will cause great stress and make the kettle crack easily, even dangerous.

(7) After the reaction of the reactor is finished, it should be cooled down, water-cooled or air-cooled, and then exhaust. Wait until the pressure drops to normal pressure before opening the kettle cover.

(8) After all operations, the residue on the reactor should be removed. The reactor should be cleaned frequently and kept dry.
