Spiral plate heat exchanger

Spiral plate heat exchanger is a kind of high-efficiency heat exchanger equipment, suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid, liquid-liquid, heat transfer to liquid. It is suitable for industries such as chemistry, petroleum, solvents, medicine, food, light industry, textiles, metallurgy, steel rolling, and coking. According to the structure, it can be divided into non-removable (type Ⅰ) spiral plate heat exchanger and detachable (type Ⅱ, Ⅲ) spiral plate heat exchanger.

The spiral plate heat exchanger has been proved to be an efficient heat exchange equipment through years of practical use. It is suitable for applications in the chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. The heat exchanger is a liquid-liquid and steam-water heat exchanger that is uniquely optimized and designed to absorb contemporary international technology. The product structure process is in accordance with the Swedish "Alfa Laday" company standard, the spiral plate end surface adopts hemming argon arc welding, the "top distance column" special process is a capacitor storage contactor, which improves the internal and external quality and is recognized by "Baosteel". Can replace imports.

The non-removable spiral plate heat exchanger is designed according to the machine department standard JB/TQ724-89 non-removable spiral plate heat exchanger form, basic parameters and dimensions. It has simple manufacturing, low cost and small size. It has advantages such as good heat transfer performance, but also has its shortcomings. For example, it cannot be mechanically cleaned, and it is not easy to repair if it is broken. The user should select specific equipment according to the actual situation of the project.

Structure and performance

1. This equipment is suitable for: liquid-liquid, gas-gas, gas-liquid convection heat transfer can be used for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer, chemical, petroleum, medicine, machinery, electric power, light industry and textile industries can be used Optional.

2. This equipment is made of two steel plates rolled to form two uniform spiral channels. The two heat transfer cut-offs can perform full countercurrent flow, suitable for small temperature difference heat transfer, easy to recover low temperature heat source and accurately control the outlet temperature .

3. The connecting pipe on the shell is a tangential structure, the local resistance is small, the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the fluid flows in the equipment without large commutation, and the total resistance is small, so the design flow rate can be increased to make it more High heat transfer capacity.

4. The end face of the spiral channel is welded and sealed, with good sealing performance and reliable structure.

5. It is not easy to repair, especially when there is a problem with the internal board, it is extremely difficult to repair. Some factories turn off all the welds at both ends of the equipment, and then flatten the board for repair welding before rolling. This consumes too much man-hours, because of selection Anticorrosion of spiral plate heat exchanger is very important.

6. Mechanical cleaning cannot be carried out. The production practice has proved that the spiral plate heat exchanger is not easy to be blocked compared with the general tubular heat exchanger, especially the suspended particles and impurities such as sediment and small shells are not easy to deposit in the spiral channel. Analyze the reasons; first, because it is a single-channel impurity deposition in the channel, once the turnover flow is formed, it will increase to wash it away, and the second accident is because there is no dead corner in the spiral channel, and the impurities are easily washed out.

7. Because there are fixed distance columns in the spiral channel to support the channel spacing, no fibrous impurities (cotton yarn, straw sticks, leaves, etc.) can enter the heat exchanger.

8. Strictly control the outlet temperature of the cooling water below the scaling temperature.

9. The commonly used cleaning method is steam blowing or alkaline cleaning. The steam blowing must be taken over to blow impurities out of the equipment. Many users think this is the method.

Detachable (Type Ⅱ, Type Ⅲ) spiral plate heat exchanger

The structural principle is basically the same as that of the non-detachable heat exchanger, but the channel can be disassembled for cleaning, and the two ends are sealed with heads. It is especially suitable for liquid-liquid exchange with viscous and precipitated liquids, as well as gas-liquid and vapor condensation. Since the detachable heat exchanger needs to add heads, flanges and other parts, the equipment cost is slightly higher than that of the non-detachable heat exchanger.

Basic parameters

The nominal pressure PN of the spiral plate heat exchanger is specified as 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2.5Mpa (that is, the original 6, 10, 16, 25kg/cm2) (referring to the working pressure of the single channel) The test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure .

The material of the contact part of the spiral plate heat exchanger with the medium is Q235A and Q235AF for carbon steel, and SUS321 and SUS304 for stainless steel. Other materials can be selected according to user requirements.

Allowable working temperature: t=0~+350℃ for carbon steel, t=-40~500℃ for stainless steel acid steel, and the range of heating and pressure reduction is in accordance with the relevant regulations of pressure vessels. When selecting this equipment, proper process calculations should be used to make the fluid in the equipment channel reach a turbulent state. (Generally, the liquid velocity is 1m/Sec and the gas velocity is 10m/Sec).

A single device cannot meet the requirements for use, and multiple devices can be used in combination, but the combination must meet the following requirements:

Parallel combination, series combination: the same distance between equipment and channels. Mixed combination: One channel is connected in parallel and one channel is connected in series.
